Listing is for a diamond tufted adjustable piano chair, in a high polish black (ebony) finish. One of the back frame legs was damaged during shipment, where a chip came out the side of the back of the chair, and there are scuff marks on the back of the frame (on the top side). Pictures are attached. The scratch has been repaired with a furniture repair marker, as shown in the pictures. Retailing new on our website for $499.99, we are offering $150.00 off the piano chair due to the damage. The chair itself is in new condition, and was never used. Shipping is free to the contiguous USA, and there is no sales tax charged on any of our online orders. This is a great opportunity to get our most popular selling chair at a heavily discounted price.
Jansen discontinued their production of the Jansen piano chair a few years ago. Due to popular request, we are happy to offer this quality imported adjustable piano chair as an alternative. It is constructed of 100% hardwood, in a high polish black finish, and adjusts in height from 17" to 21.5". The padded seat measures 17.5" x 18.5". The bottom of the legs have felt padding, to protect your floors.
The attractive, diamond tufted padding provides extra comfort while playing the piano (upholstered in furniture-grade black vinyl). Piano chairs are great for long practice periods or those with bad backs, providing proper back support and posture. Notice the top half of the back of the chair has a slight slant to it, making it ideal for lumbar support and comfort while playing.

The padded back is a welcome addition, as the other chairs on the market have a wood back.
