Black Lucite Piano Caster Cups 4-1/2"
Black Lucite Piano Caster Cups 4-1/2" is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
These Black Lucite Piano Caster Cups are manufactured in the United States, and made of lucite, a near unbreakable acrylic product. Measuring 4 1/2" on the outside diameter, and 2 3/4" on the inside diameter, these caster cups are perfect for upright pianos. Because of lucite's strength, the caster cups are able to be thinner on the bottom (whereas obviously with wood, you would need it to be thicker or it would crack). The thin, flat bottom of these cups will greatly enhance the beauty of your upright piano.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I determine the right size caster cup for my piano?
How do I determine the right size caster cup for my piano?
- Piano caster cups have two measurements—an overall outer diameter and an inner diameter (bowl area). You need to make sure your piano wheel’s diameter and depth measurements fit within the inner diameter of the cup.
- In general, some space is needed between the wheel and walls of the cup. As the inside of caster cups are often tapered, an exact fit will not match—and would make for difficult installation. We recommend at least a quarter inch difference between the diameter of the inner caster cups and your wheels. For example, if your piano caster's are 2" wide, you need a caster cup that has an inner-diameter of at least 2.25".
