Listing is for a Jansen petite artist bench, in a high polish black finish, with square tapered leg style, and two-inch longer legs. The bench is unused, and in new condition. It was a customer exchange, who decided they wanted to go with a duet size, so we're offering it at a $110.00 discount as it is an "open box" item (sells new on our website for $808.50). Shipping is free to the contiguous USA (Alaska and Hawaii please email for a shipping quote), and there is no sales tax charged on any of our online orders.

For the two-inch longer leg option. The standard adjustment range for a Jansen artist bench is 18" to 21". Adding two-inch longer legs, changes that to: 20" to 23." This is a great option for those who need a little extra height when playing, or for children. You can use your current bench, or a chair with books stacked on it, to measure your desired playing height.

The Jansen Petite Artist Bench is the highest quality, American-made petite artist bench available on today's market. The piano bench is constructed of hardwood maple from the East Coast of the USA (known for it's beautiful wood grain), and is supported with heavy-duty brass hardware. The upholstered top uses the highest-end furniture-grade vinyl or genuine leather, and the padding of the bench is an extra-thick, firm polyester foam that will not break down over time. Petite artist benches are ideally suited for Baby Grand pianos, uprights, or anywhere where a smaller-sized bench fits better. Many people find the more conservative top design (compared to the diamond-tufted top on standard artist benches), is better suited for their particular needs.
