Mahogany Piano Bench Diamond Tufted with Storage Open Box

Listing is for the Premium Padded Piano Bench Diamond Tufted with Music Storage, in a mahogany finish. The bench is an open box item. Upon inspection, the customer found a small tear in the vinyl on the inside on the bench--it's on the bottom of the bench lid, inside the music storage compartment, which is not visible when the lid is closed. Please see the above picture to view the tear. We do have black self-adhesive vinyl repair material--if you would like we can include a piece of it in the box so you can add it to the bench (you just peel the back off and it sticks over the tear in the vinyl).

Comfort:

This bench uses extra-thick foam padding, with the lid measuring an overall height of 3". Deep tufted upholstery provides a comfortable experience for hours of practice.

Sheet Music Storage:

A full-sized, extra-deep storage compartment measures 2-1/4", giving ample room to store your sheet music. Note the bottom of the music compartment is routed-in, safely holding the weight of your music for years to come (many cheaper benches will staple the wood to the bottom of the bench--which over time will come loose, and cannot support heavy books).

Spade Leg Style with Rubber Bumpers:

This hardwood piano bench uses the most popular leg style: spade legs. For added protection for your floors, the bottom of the legs have been equipped with rubber bumpers. While most benches have plastic tabs pushed into a hole in the bottom of the leg, these rubber bumpers are extra thick, and screwed into the bottom of the leg itself. Designed to last, these won't fall out of the bottom of your bench anytime soon. Additionally, these bumpers are adjustable (they screw in and out of the leg, so simply turn the bumper a bit to adjustable the height); if your floor is slightly uneven, you're able to adjust the bench to be level!

Upgraded Finish:

Standard piano benches come with a Polyurethane (PU) finish. In designing a high-end bench, this bench features an upgraded Polyester (PE) finish. PE is thicker than PU (96% solid content to between 50-60% for the PU), making it a stronger surface, and less vulnerable to scratching. While it may upgrade production costs by 25%, we feel the more attractive, durable finish is well worth it.
