Listing is for an adjustable piano chair with padded back, in a standard satin mahogany finish. The chair was a customer exchange for a walnut chair, and is unused, and in new condition. We're offering it at a $75.00 discount as it is an "open box" item (sells new on our website for $319.99).
The Adjustable Piano Chair with Padded Back is constructed of 100% hardwood, and adjusts in height from 18.5" to 21.5". The padded seat measures 17.5" x 17.5". The chair adjusts by turning the two knobs on the side of the piano chair. This allows you to make as small of adjustments in height as you like (it's not a notch system like the wood back chair).
A wonderful feature of this piano chair is its padded back and seat--providing extra comfort while playing the piano (upholstered in black vinyl). Piano chairs are great for long practice periods or those with bad backs, providing proper back support and posture. Many of our customers who perform, purchase a chair to practice and learn the piece, as it's so helpful for spending long hours at the piano.
Jansen discontinued their production of the Jansen piano chair a few years ago. Due to popular request, we are happy to offer this quality imported adjustable piano chair as an alternative.
